Shipping & Returns

All packages sent to UK customers will carry a standard handling fee of £1.70 for the first item, and a further 30p for each additional item.

Any packages sent outside of the UK (Europe and rest of world) carry a handling fee of £2.80 for the first item and 60p for every additional item.

If you wish to find out how much your order will cost to ship, please put the items you would like to purchase in your shopping cart, then proceed to the cart page where you may 'estimate shipping' for your order.

If you have any questions regarding shipping, please contact us by email, sales@penny-dog.co.uk. Returns are accepted if returned by post up to 14 days from receipt of your item. Please provide proof of postage for this purpose and also in the unusual event that it becomes lost in the postal system. Refunds will be issued on receipt of the item.
